We structure schedules, sequences, dependencies, resources and milestones in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, according to the scope and the client’s tools. We coordinate work windows and interfaces with operations, workshops and specialist teams.

We consolidate progress, constraints and deviations to support schedule adjustments and follow-up on agreed actions.

Indicators, Costs and Closeout

We prepare Power BI reports and dashboards covering backlog, schedule compliance, progress, constraints and costs. We integrate data from SAP, SharePoint and other client-authorized sources.

We organize closeout records and technical evidence. Budget monitoring and asset integration are complemented by Costs, Capitalization and Asset Management.
