Work Orders and Packages

• Definition and review of scope, activities, sequences and technical requirements.
• Preparation of work orders and packages with resources, tools, materials and supporting documentation.
• Coordination of disciplines for static and rotating equipment, turbomachinery, tanks and civil works, according to the scope.
• Information organization and requirements tracking in SAP and client systems.

Materials and Technical Preparation

We support the cataloging of materials, equipment, accessories and tools, including descriptions, references, codes and availability. We identify shortages and constraints so each job has the required information before it is scheduled.

We coordinate engineering support for temporary facilities, structures, scaffolding and connections required for chemical cleaning, neutralization, rinsing and washing.

Technical Assurance and Deliverables

We integrate quality requirements, acceptance criteria and technical records into work preparation. We deliver structured work orders and packages, resource and material lists, a constraints matrix and work readiness status.

Safety supervision and rescue personnel support are coordinated through our service of HSE Supervision and Rescue.
