Scope and WP1 / WP2 Work Packages

• Scope consolidation and review with operations, maintenance and engineering.
• Advance planning and preparation of WP1 and WP2 work packages, according to the client’s methodology.
• Definition of activities, sequences, resources, tools, materials and technical documents.
• Review of quality requirements, acceptance criteria and readiness conditions.

Supporting Engineering and Materials

We coordinate calculations and documentation for assembling and dismantling temporary facilities, scaffolding, structures and connections for chemical cleaning, neutralization, rinsing and washing.

We support material cataloging and tracking of availability, shortages and constraints. We integrate discipline requirements and field information into the work packages.

Turnaround Schedule and Budget

We develop schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project with dependencies, milestones, resources and the critical path. We consolidate OPEX, CAPEX and ARO budget bases and readiness status to support client decisions.

Our experience includes planning for atmospheric and vacuum distillation units, catalytic cracking, naphtha hydrotreating and turbomachinery, according to the contracted scope.
