Routine Maintenance Planning
We plan, schedule and monitor routine maintenance for industrial assets. We coordinate preventive, predictive and proactive activities with workshops, specialist teams and plant technical departments.

Work Planning
We prepare work orders and packages with activities, sequences, resources, materials, tools, durations and constraints. We support SAP notification and work order management and coordination with workshops and technical disciplines.
We integrate requirements for static and rotating equipment, turbomachinery, tanks and civil works. We coordinate with plant engineering on calculations and arrangements for temporary facilities, structures, scaffolding and connections for chemical cleaning, neutralization, rinsing and washing.
Scheduling and Monitoring
We develop and update schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, including activities, dependencies, resources and milestones. We track progress, constraints and deviations to coordinate work fronts and adjust priorities with the client.
Backlog Management
We review, classify and prioritize outstanding maintenance work orders. We identify missing information, constraints and requirements to make the backlog ready for scheduling and support tracking through closeout.
Costs, Capitalization and Assets
We support OPEX, CAPEX and ARO budgets, cost monitoring and capitalization documentation. We integrate technical information and records to bring assets into maintenance programs and plan their retirement, in line with client procedures.
Cataloging and Technical Data
We review and organize the cataloging of materials, equipment, accessories and tools. We clean up descriptions, references and codes to improve databases and traceability.
We track requirements, inventories and surplus materials as part of maintenance preparation and asset management.
Indicators and Reporting
We consolidate Power BI dashboards to visualize progress, backlog, costs and constraints. We organize supporting records and documentation in SAP, SharePoint and client repositories for monitoring and closeout.
Reliability and QA: we integrate technical requirements, review points and documentary evidence to support quality assurance for the work.
HSE Supervision and Rescue: we integrate documented risk monitoring and rescue requirements with maintenance preparation and monitoring, according to the contracted scope.
