Costs and Capitalization

We support the preparation and monitoring of OPEX, CAPEX and ARO budgets. We integrate technical information and documentation for cost reviews and capitalization support records, in line with client procedures.

Deliverable Management and Closeout

We organize delivery plans, review records, comments and closeout documentation. Traceability helps identify owners, versions and outstanding items to coordinate deliverable acceptance.

Service Outputs: schedules, progress reports, constraint logs, monitoring dashboards, and cost and closeout records, according to the contracted scope.
